This research was conducted at PT. Matahari Department Store Kediri. The ipurpose of this study was to determine the effect of family-work conflict, the influence of work, the influence of pressure on the performance of employees of PT. Matahari Department Store Kediri.Using a sample of companies as many as 33 employees who are married and use the census imethod. Data collection method by collecting primary data. The analysis used includes instrument testing, classic assumption tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination itests using multiple regression analysis with SPSS v.25 for windows software. The results of this study generally showed that all the independent variables namely family-work conflict, work involvement, and work pressure affect ithe performance of employees of PT. Matahari Department Store Kediri.
