This study intends : 1) to find out and analyze the influence simultan of training, motivation, work discipline, and the ability of teacher performance in the regional coordinator of the Ngajum Sub-district. 2) to find and analyze the influence parsial of training, motivation, work discipline and the ability of teacher performance.

The sample was taken from 92 teachers in the regional coordinator of the Ngajum Sub-district. The results of the study found that training, motivation, work discipline, and ability partially affect teacher performance in the regional coordinator of Ngajum. Furthermore, parsial training has an effect on teacher performance. Motivation has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. Work discipline has no parsial effect on teacher performance because the significance. The ability has a positive effect and significantly parsial on teacher performance.
