This research was conducted at UPT. Overlapping water resource management. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of education level, soft skills, work experience on UPT employee performance. Overlapping water resource management.

The variables used are the level of education, soft skills, work experience as an independent variable, while the employee performance variable is the dependent variable. The sample used in this study was 51 employees. This sampling technique can also be called saturated sample. Data collection methods by collecting primary and secondary data. The analysis used includes instrument testing, classical assumption tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests using multiple regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 for Windows software. The results showed that the variable level of education, soft skills, work experience significantly influenced the performance of UPT employees. Overlapping water resource management.
