PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, KONFLIK INTERPERSONAL DAN HUMOR TERHADAP STRES KERJA (Studi Kasus Pada Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Islam Malang)
Abstract
This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Interpersonal Conflict and Humor on Job Stress at the lecturers of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The variables used are Leadership  Style, Interpersonal Conflict and Humor which are independent variables, and Work Stress as the dependent variable. The sampe used in this study were 52 lecturers at the Faculty  of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. Data collection methods by collecting primary data and secondary data. The analysis used includes instrument testing, classic assumption tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination.
The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Leadership Style, Interpersonal Conflict and Humor have a significant effect on job stress lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. While partially Leadership Style and Humor have a significant effect on the work stress of lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, but Interpersonal Conflict has no significant effect on the work stress of lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang.
