Abstract

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Leadership, Communications, and Work Motivations on Employee Performance in the CV Sari Bumi of Malang. This research uses Quantitatives type. The data used in this study uses primary data obtained directly from respondents from CV Sari Bumi. Data was taken from 35 (thirty five) respondents who were employees of CV Sari Bumi.

This study uses analytical tools such as Validity, Reliability, Normality, Multiple Regression Tests, Multicollinity Tests, Heteroscedasticity Tests, F Tests, and t Tests and is measured using a Likert scale. Where the results of the analysis depend on the score obtained from respondents.The results of this study are (1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) Communications has not significant effect on employee performance (3) Work Motivations has not significant effect on employee performance on employees of  CV Sari Bumi Kabupaten Malang Keywords : Leadership, Communications, Work Motivations, Performance.
