Abstract


Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Perfoming Loan (NPL) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on the financial performance of Return on Assets (ROA) on the banking industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) . The population in this study are all banks that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2018 period with a total sample of 43 companies. The results of the study prove that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Perfoming Loan (NPL) does not significantly influence financial performance, while the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a significant positive effect on financial performance.
