ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN PADA BANTUAN LANGSUNG MASYARAKAT (BLM) GENERASI SEHAT DAN CERDAS DI KECAMATAN NGAJUM

Abstract

ABSTRAK
Poverty occurring in Indonesia due to low levels of health and education in poor households
is a major challenge that Indonesia must face in the context of poverty alleviation. There
needs to be a strategic effort done to fit the conditions and needs of the community, namely by
using a participatory approach of the community itself. BLM program generation by using
the basics of community empowerment. That this program must depart from the community,
done by the community and is also intended for the community. Can be assessed from the
ability in the dissemination of planning activities, organizing, implementation, control and
assessment. Direct Community Assistance (BLM) as a basis for poverty alleviation needs to
be developed comprehensively, flexibly and openly for all age groups, in accordance with the
role, interests and needs of the community. The general objectives of the BLM such as
improving the welfare and employment opportunities of the poor in rural areas by
encouraging self-reliance in decision-making and development management.
