ANALISIS PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN REWARD TERHADAP STRESS KERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI DI PERUSAHAAN JASA PENGIRIMAN BARANG PT. KING STONE MALANG)

ABSTRACT
Every company in doing its activities in achieving the goal is always
faced with a problem both coming from within and from outside. The purpose of
this study is To know the description of Work Stress, Work Environment, Work
Motivation and Reward, Knowing the influence of Work Environment on Working
Stress Employees and Knowing the influence of Work Motivation of Employee
Stress Working and Knowing the influence of Reward to Stress Employees of this
research conducted on employees at PT King Stone Malang. Samples taken in this
study amounted to 50 people. This research use quantitative analysis method.
The results of this study indicate that the description of work
environment variables have a fairly good average value furthermore description
of work motivation has an average value less good and reward deskrisi has a
good average value. The average value of work stress is quite high. Working
Environment has a significant impact on employee stress, Work Motivation has a
significant effect on employee stress and rewards have a significant impact on
employee stress.
