Abstract

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of
work environment, organizational culture and compensation on employee's
performance at Sunrise Hotel Gili Air, NTB. The population in this study is all
employees who are in Sunrise Hotel Gili Air, NTB. The samples used are 65
employees. Methods in this data collection using interviews and questionnaires
while the method in this study using simple linear regression analysis. The results
of this study prove that the effect simultaneously on Employee Performance. Work
Environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.
Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance.
Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance.
