Pengaruh Kompetensi, Kedisiplinan, dan Etos Kerja Aparat Desa terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat Pada Pelayanan Administrasi Desa Mlaten

The following study aims to analyze the influence of village officials' competence, discipline, and work ethic on public satisfaction with administrative services in Mlaten Village. This study utilizes a quantitative approach with a sample of 90 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The study findings show that competence, discipline, and work ethic, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant positive effect on public satisfaction. Each variable has a significance value of 0.001 (p < 0.05), while the simultaneous test shows a significance value of p < 0.001. The Adjusted R Square score of 0.387 indicates that these three variables explain 38.7% of the variation in public satisfaction, while the remaining 61.3% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. It is concluded that improving the competence, discipline, and work ethic of village officials plays an important role in increasing public satisfaction with administrative services in Mlaten Village.
