Abstract

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Information Technology Utilization, Human Resource Training, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance, with Gender Role acting as a moderating variable, at the Malang City Education and Culture Office. A quantitative research approach was employed, involving 90 respondents selected as the research sample. The collected data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The results indicate that information technology utilization, human resource training, and organizational culture each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, gender role positively moderates the relationship between information technology utilization and organizational culture with employee performance, while negatively moderating the relationship between human resource training and employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.719 indicates that the proposed model explains 71.9% of the variance in employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of information technology utilization, human resource training, and organizational culture in supporting the improvement of employee performance.
