Abstract

 

This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge, work experience, and work environment on employee performance at Krisha Bakery Kromengan. The research used a quantitative method with a saturated sample of 35 respondents. The results indicate that knowledge and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work experience has a negative yet significant effect. Simultaneously, these three variables significantly affect employee performance.
