Pengaruh Kompetensi, Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP Negeri 11 Malang

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence, work discipline, and work motivation on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 11 Malang. The study employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The population consisted of all 49 teachers at SMP Negeri 11 Malang, selected using a census technique. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data analysis included validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that simultaneously, competence, work discipline, and work motivation significantly affect teacher performance. Partially, competence and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, while work discipline has no significant effect. The coefficient of determination indicates that 61.7% of the variation in teacher performance can be explained by these three variables. These findings have implications for school policy development in enhancing teacher professionalism and performance.
