PENGARUH PRICE EARNING RATIO (PER), EARNING PER SHARE (EPS), RETURN ON ASSET (ROA), DAN DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO (DER) TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN FOOD AND BEVERAGES YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA (BEI) (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Food and Beverages yang Terdaftar di BEI periode tahun 2011-2015)

Abstract
This research is aimed to know the influence of Price Earning Ratio
(PER), Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Asset (ROA), and Debt To Equity
Ratio (DER) on stock prices. The population in this research are all food and
beverages companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2015 period. The
sampling in this research is using purposive sampling technique with 12
companies. Techniques of analysis in this research using multliple linear
regression to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between the
dependent and independent variables.
The results showed that Price Earning Ratio (PER) positive and
significant impact on the stock priceof food and beverages company listed on the
Stock Exchange 2011-2015 with regression coefficient 0.792 and significance
value 0.000. Earning Per Share (EPS) negative effect and not significant on stock
prices with regression coefficient -0.048 and significant value of 0.131. Return on
Assets (ROA) and significant positive effect on stock prices with regression
coefficient 2.324 and significance value 0.000. And Debt To Equity Ratio (DER)
positive effect on stock prices with regression coefficient 0.935 and significance
value 0.007. The result showed Adjusted R2 of 78,9% that the contribution of PER,
EPS, ROA, and DER to stock price is 78,9%.
