Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain and evaluate how work incentives, work discipline, and work motivation affect teacher effectiveness. Saturated sampling was used in this study's investigation of Syamsuddin Islamic Foundation teachers. Using the degree of freedom formula, the number of samples was determined, yielding results for up to 35 respondents. A questionnaire was used to gather data. The instrument test (validity and reliability test), the normality test, the multiple linear regression analysis, the t test, the classical assumption test (multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity test), and the test coefficient of determination are the data analytic techniques employed in this work. According to the study's findings, work rewards, work discipline, and work motivation all significantly and concurrently affect teachers' performance.
