ABSTRACT

 

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of communication and organizational structure on the performance of the Management Rayon Al-Farabi Kom. UNISMA. The independent variable in this study is communication and organizational structure while performance as the dependent variable.

 

From the results of the t-test analysis, it was obtained a research result which stated that there was no significant influence between the communication variables on the performance of the management. In contrast, organizational structure variables have a positive or significant influence on the performance of the management.
