This study aims to determine how the influence of Emotional Intelligence, Intellectual Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on Entrepreneurial Performance in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Entrepreneurs' Houses, Malang Raya. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires with a Likers scale. The population in this study was 450 entrepreneurs and the sample was drawn using the slovin formula so that the sample in this study was 82 entrepreneurs. The analytical technique used is descriptive statistical analysis.The results of this study indicate that Emotional Intelligence, Intellectual Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence have a Simultaneous influence on the performance of SMEs Entrepreneurs' Houses in Malang Raya. While in the Partial Test of Emotional Intelligence (X1), Intellectual Intelligence (X2) and Spiritual Intelligence (X3) which have an influence on Entrepreneur's performance (Y) is Intellectual Intelligence which has a significant effect on the performance of MSME Entrepreneurs in the Entrepreneurial House of Malang Raya. Keywords : Emotional Intelligence, Intellectual Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence, Entrepreneur Performance
