In today's world, times have experienced significant changes, especially in the banking world. Therefore, the banking world is required to follow these developments. Amalia (2019:19) said that Pasuruan Regency in particular experienced a significant increase in the presence of new banks opening branches. The rapid development of the industry has made the banking world in Pasuruan Regency feel the impact. Employee education and training is very important in creating employee performance, especially at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Pandaan. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the level of education and training of employees on the performance of employees of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Pandaan. The sample in this study amounted to 38 employees. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression technique. The results in this study that education and training have a significant influence on the performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia employees at the Pandaan Sub-Branch Office.
