Abstract

If we look at the social reality, the rampant disharmony in the marriage relationship between husband and wife has led to a high divorce rate, even domestic violence or arbitrary attitudes as a result of disagreement between the two groom partners and women who are rarely noticed before the marriage process. In this paper the author tries to explore how the views of the priests of the school of al-arba'ah in providing their views and perspectives regarding this kafa'ah, and how the steps and strategies are to lead each family to reach a high level in the aspects of comfort of the heart, togetherness, harmony of life. , the continuity of the attitude to love each other between family members and honor them. In addition, this paper also explains how good criteria should be prioritized by the community in determining several choices that have become their choice. Also, not a few of the young people then have to fail and not become married just because the criteria limit set by the bride is so high that it is too burdensome which leads to no marriage, and this will be detrimental between the two parties, as for the solutions offered, will be discussed in the writing of this small article.
