EFEKTIVITAS BIMBINGAN PRA-NIKAH PADA PASANGAN PERNIKAHAN DINI DALAM MEWUJUDKAN KELUARGA SAKINAH DENGAN MAWADDAH WAROHMAH DI DESA BOCEK KECAMATAN KARANGPLOSO KABUPATEN MALANG

Abstract

According to (Eka yuli handayani) Early marriage is a marriage that takes place at an age below the productive age, namely less than 20 years for women and less than 25 years for men. According to the Marriage Law Article 7 paragraph (1) of Marriage Law No.16/2019 as a positive law in force in Indonesia, stipulates that marriage is only permitted if the man and woman have reached the age of 19 years. The data explains that of the 5 couples who entered into early marriage, 2 ended in divorce and 3 whose families lasted. The research was conducted in Bocek Village, Karangploso District, Malang Regency. This research method uses qualitative research. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques, observation and documentation with descriptive data analysis methods. The results of this study are the factors that cause early marriage in Bocek Karangploso Village are factors of promiscuity, factors of parental coercion, factors of pregnancy outside of marriage, and the impact of early marriage is an unstable economy. The implementation of pre-marital guidance for underage couples is carried out by the Karangploso Religious Affairs Office extension agent with a duration of 45-60 minutes. The effectiveness of pre-marital guidance for early marriage couples in realising a Sakinah Mawadaah Warohmah family is very effective because the delivery of relaxed but serious material makes couples understand and apply it well to life.
