KONSEP PEMERIKSAAN KESEHATAN PRA NIKAH BAGI CALON PENGANTIN DALAM PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM (STUDI KASUS DI KUA KECAMATAN LAWANG DAN PUSKESMAS LAWANG)

Abstract

             At this time premarital health checks are still often underestimated and many couples are often reluctant to do this check. Health is also rarely the standard in stepping into marriage. In Indonesia and several regions, including in Malang Regency, the local government of Lawang District requires pressure to reduce the number of sexually transmitted diseases by requiring prospective brides and grooms to carry out medical examinations before marriage. Based on the description of the problem above, the writer will study the concept of applying pre-marital medical examinations in Islamic law in accordance with the requirements of pre-marital examinations. In this study the authors used qualitative techniques. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. According to the research findings, it is explained implicitly that there is no pre-marital medical examination that is contrary to Islamic law. The main points which are the basic goals in determining the Shari'ah are protecting offspring, protecting the mind, protecting property, protecting religion, and protecting oneself.
