DAMPAK MEDIA SOSIAL TERHADAP PEMBANGUNAN KELUARGA SAKINAH (STUDI KASUS DI DESA BENCE KECAMATAN GARUM KABUPATEN BLITAR)

Abstract

Social media has negative and positive impacts on household life. The negative impact of forming a sakinah family is to facilitate communication with family, as well as a medium for sharing experiences. While the negative impact is unlimited use of social media until there is a divorce in the household and there is no good interaction among family members. Thus, social media has an influence on the formation of a sakinah family. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the impact of the use of social media on the formation of a sakinah family, efforts to build a sakinah family with social media and the intensity of family communication in building a sakinah family. This study used a qualitative approach, namely obtaining data sources from social media users in Bence Village, Garum District, Blitar Regency who were affected by the use of social media on the formation of a sakinah family. The research location is located in Bence Village, Garum District, Blitar Regency. Then proceed with data collection using methods in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. This research will examine how the efforts made by respondents in building a sakinah family and regarding the impact felt due to the use of social media on the development of a sakinah family.
