NIKAH SIRI DALAM MEMBANGUN KELUARGA SAKINAH (Studi Kasus di Desa Klampok, Kecamatan Singosari, Kabupaten Malang)

Abstract

One of the prescribed forms of worship of Islam is marriage. Betel marriage is a secret marriage process and its implementation is only based on religious rules and customs. Nikah siri became a social phenomenon quite widely and became a place of debate in the community.the purpose of this study was to find out what causes the occurrence of nikah siri, what are the positive effects of nikah siri, and what causes families to become sakinah. Several cases of serial marriages occurred in Klampok Village, Singosari District, Malang Regency. Where there are couples who marry serially but are still lastingIn this study using a qualitative approach to field research, data collection includes observation, interviews, and documentation directly to respondents. Results of the study is where serial marriages are carried out due to the fact that they do not wish to be complicated by registration procedures in KUA or marriage dispensation and there is no cost, love each other, want to help the economy of a widowed woman and the existence of pregnancy out of wedlock. The positive impact of serial marriage is to reduce the prevalence of free sex, reduce responsibility to a woman, be more cost-effective, avoid immoral behavior and slander. The condition of the sakinah family at the serial marriage has not been affected because there is no peace of mind obtained despite good communication and mutual respect as well as love and affection.
