PERAN ISTRI BERPENDIDIKAN LEBIH TINGGI DARI SUAMI TERHADAP KEHARMONISAN KELUARGA DALAM PRESPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM (Studi Kasus di Desa Batokaban Kecamatan Konang Kabupaten Bangkalan)

Abstract

The background of this problem is that the first highly educated wife can educate her children well, the second is that she can help meet the economic needs of the family, the two wives have bachelor's degrees with the aim of developing knowledge. With a wife with a higher education, it will bring peace that creates family harmony in accordance with Islamic law. The importance of this research is to find out, however, the role of the wife with a higher education than the husband on family harmony in Batokaban Village, Konang District, Bangkalan Regency and what is the role of the wife with a higher education than the husband on family harmony in the Perspective of Islamic Law. This research method uses qualitative data where primary data and secondary data are obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. Respondents were married couples with a bachelor's degree and religious leaders. The results of this study are highly educated wives who can educate their children and help the family's economy. Carry out their roles and duties as housewives.
