ANALISIS HUKUM ISLAM TERHADAP TRADISI ANTAR BALANJA DALAM PERKAWINAN ADAT MASYARAKAT TERNATE (STUDI KASUS DI KECAMATAN TERNATE TENGAH, KOTA TERNATE, MALUKU UTARA)

Abstract

Apart from being a form of obedience to God's commands, marriage can also be interpreted as a human effort in forming a bond between two people of different sexes (male and female) so that they can live together in the form of a family, which is then permitted between the two of them to do various things. efforts so that they can continue their descent and live happily. Based on the effort that was carried out, the findings of the researcher were obtained that, Antar balance is one of the traditions in the traditional marriage of the people of Central Ternate Subdistrict which requires the groom to give gifts in the form of money or other assets, which will be used for the purposes of carrying out the reception wedding or wedding ceremony. This tradition has been in effect since the time of our ancestors and has been maintained until now. No deviations were found in this tradition of antar balance towards the rules of Islamic law. It contains benefits and goodness, so based on researchers' observations, it was concluded that this tradition of antar balanja is a type of tradition permissible in Islamic law.
