PELAKSANAAN PERNIKAHAN TUNGKU SA’I PERSPEKTIF KESEHATAN DAN MASLAHAH MURSALAH (Studi kasus, di Dusun Pandang, Kelurahan Tangge Kecamatan Lembor Kabupaten Manggarai Barat Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur)

Abstract

Marriage is a general rule that cannot be changed by Allah's rule and applies to all living things. When choosing a spouse, the people of Dusun Pandang choose to marry a cousin so that their relatives remain intertwined with their ultimate descendants. The focus of this study is on how the concept of Maslahah Mursalah is related to the Tungku Sa'i marriage, how the Tungku Sa'i marriage is done, and how Tungku Sa'i  view of health was previously. Was it something like that? This study is categorized as an empirical study using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection using interview and documentation methods. The data management method for this study is descriptively qualitative. Data management through the stages of data review, classification, validation, analysis, and inference. Regarding the results of his study, Islamic law does not prohibit marriage between close relatives, as does the family of his daughter, the Prophet Muhammad SAW.
