EFEKTIFITAS PENGGUNAAN RADIO SEBAGAI MEDIA PANGGILAN PERKARA GHAIB (STUDI KASUS PENGADILAN AGAMA KABUPATEN MALANG KELAS IA)

Abstract

The unseen divorce case is a divorce case in which the defendant's address is not clearly known. The summons process is also different from other cases, namely through the mass media. There is no specific what media should be used, Pengadilan Agama Kabupaten Malang chose the radio. Jurusita sends a call report to the selected radio. However, radio is rarely used in today's digital era, so the possibility of this call reaching the defendant is very small. From the results of the research, radio is no longer effectively used as a medium for summoning unseen cases because almost none of the defendants came to court. Pengadilan Agama Kabupaten Malang has made several innovations to maximize summons for unseen cases, namely by placing the summons on the Court's notice board, announcing it through the official website of the Pengadilan Agama Kabupaten Malang, and Short Message service to remind the court date.
