TINJAUAN MASLAHAH TERHADAP PERNIKAHAN DI BAWAH UMUR PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID 19 DI KECAMATAN TRAWAS

Abstract

This study aims to determine the maslahah element in underage marriage in the era of the covid 19 pandemic and to find out the factors causing marriage and to determine the impact of underage marriage in Trawas District. The results of the research obtained are that the maslahah review is closely related to underage marriage, namely where Islam offers various ways to maintain life, one of which is marriage. Therefore, parents marry off their children so that their lives are better and there are people who support them. Then the factors that cause underage marriage such as economic factors, educational factors and family factors. The positive and negative impacts of the marriage of minors are the positive impacts consisting of lightening the burden on one of the families, carrying out the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad, avoiding public gossip, and keeping children away from unwanted things such as adultery. The negative impacts consist of the psychological impact of divorce, children such as causing stress to children and immature thoughts can make children draw conclusions that are not true, biological impacts at an immature age can result in expectant mothers who are pregnant will experience many problems in their pregnancy, and social impact there is a lot of gossip that is obtained from the community regarding young marriages that are undertaken.
