PENGARUH PANDEMI COVID-19 TERHADAP PERUBAHAN FUNGSI KELUARGA DALAM MEMPERTAHANKAN RUMAH TANGGA MENJADI PENYEBAB PERCERAIAN (Studi Kasus Di Pengadilan Agama Kabupaten Malang 2020)

Abstract

The highest divorce during COVID-19 pandemic in Malang districts extremely increase.  Cause of less harmony in household,  differences of opinion,  leaving each other and unresponsibility turn to violence.  Divorce are common.  Time by time this problems turn to interested problems to observed.  Methods of the observed are used is quantitative methods.  This is part of field research strategies or case studies.  The subjects are employee of the religion courts in Malang districts and 2 divorced people.  The data was obtained with using data reduction,  data presentment,  and take a conclusion or verification during observed.  Result of this observed shows that during COVID-19 pandemic are affected to divorced cause of unnormally family functions which is there's no harmonies, continiuing differences of opinion,  unresponsibility and economic.
