This study aims to improve children's fine motor skills at the age of 4 to 5 years through 3M sensory play activities. This study was conducted at TK Al Masyithoh 3 Sidoluhur Lawang with 23 children as research subjects. The research method used is the PTK model of Kemis and MC Taggart, through the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of the study showed that the results of pre-cycle observations obtained a percentage of 26.08% which indicated that children had low fine motor skills so that cycle I actions were carried out. In cycle I, children's fine motor skills had increased by a percentage of 53.87%, although there was an increase of 27.79% of children had not been able to achieve the expected target and had not been categorized as successful so that it was necessary to continue in cycle II. The results of cycle II observations showed a good increase with a percentage increase in fine motor skills of 91.30%, an increase of 37.43% from cycle I, so that the results showed that the activities carried out in cycle II were successful. The results of this study prove that through the implementation of 3M sensory play activities, fine motor skills can be improved in children aged 4 to 5 years.
