KONSEP DESAIN PEMBELAJARAN ANAK USIA 2-4 TAHUN BERBASIS ONLINE DAN ONSITE DI KELAS MAIN HARMONI
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online and onsite learning for children aged 2–4 years in the Kelas Main Harmoni. The learning design concept in the Kelas Main Harmoni combines online and onsite learning methods harmoniously. This combination is designed to create a fun, effective learning experience that still pays attention to the child's overall development, both in terms of cognitive, social, and emotional aspects.. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach according to Moleong, with subjects consisting of founders, teachers, students, and parents. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation, with data analysis using triangulation. The results of the study show that online and onsite learning can be implemented effectively and enjoyably. Online learning remains interesting and interactive, able to maintain children's enthusiasm. Meanwhile, onsite learning offers direct activities that vary according to children's interests and needs. Both methods refer to the theory of early childhood development which emphasizes the importance of holistic developmental stimulation. In conclusion, both online and onsite learning in the Kelas Main Harmoni are able to provide meaningful learning experiences that are in accordance with the child's developmental stage. The flexibility of the method does not reduce the quality of learning as long as it remains oriented towards the needs and development of the child as a whole.
