KONSEP DESAIN IMPLEMENTASI PROJECT BASED LEARNING “BIGBOOK LINGKUNGAN DESA” UNTUK ANAK USIA DINI DI RA QURROTA A’YUN

Abstract

The learning design concept in implementing the PjBL model consists of planning learning activities, preparing activities to create bigbook media for early childhood as well as strategies for actively involving children in each stage of project learning. In this research, the researcher used a qualitative research approach with a case study type approach in accordance with Miles and Humberman's theory, namely by carrying out data reduction, presenting data, and drawing conclusions or verification. The findings in the research conducted present data related to the design concept of implementing project based learning "village environment bigbook" for early childhood at RA Qurrota A'yun which attracts researchers to conduct further research. Data collection techniques used in this research include interviews, observation and documentation. Respondents or informants in this research consisted of school principals and teachers at RA Qurrota A'yun. From the results of interviews and observations conducted by researchers, researchers found several findings in the design concept for implementing project based learning at RA Qurrota A'yun, namely: a) planning/design of project based learning model learning activities in group B at RA Qurrota A' yun, b) steps of the project based learning model. In designing all project activities the teacher plays a role in creating a learning framework for early childhood, and in each stage carried out by the teacher starting from planning, the teacher has determined learning objectives by making lesson plans, designing the implementation of the project to be completed, giving space to children to present the results of his work and the final stage the teacher carries out assessment and evaluation in accordance with the characteristics of the project based learning model.
