Abstract

This study aims to formulate a school-based community service framework for internalizing prophetic-based entrepreneurial character among Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students. The study responds to the need to strengthen entrepreneurship education at the basic education level, not only as an effort to develop economic skills, but also as a medium for cultivating Islamic ethical character. This research employed a qualitative library research approach supported by a systematic literature review. The reviewed literature consisted of 38 verifiable sources published between 2019 and 2025, including journal articles, community service articles, policy documents, and academic studies related to honesty canteens, Market Day programs, P5RA-based entrepreneurship, Islamic character education, and teacher mentoring. Data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis through data condensation, thematic coding, data display, literary triangulation, and synthesis into a service-oriented model. The findings show that prophetic entrepreneurship can be internalized through four values: Siddiq, Amanah, Tabligh, and Fathonah. Siddiq is developed through honesty canteens and transparent transactions; Amanah through mini cooperatives, class production teams, and simple bookkeeping; Tabligh through Islamic Market Day and ethical product communication; and Fathonah through recycled-product projects, creative problem-solving, and digital catalogues. This study contributes by offering a practical mentoring framework involving teachers, parents, universities, and local entrepreneurs to shape honest, responsible, communicative, creative, and spiritually grounded Santri-Preneurs. The framework is expected to support madrasah empowerment and strengthen students’ readiness for ethical economic participation. The framework is expected to support madrasah empowerment, strengthen students’ readiness for ethical economic participation, and contribute to SDG 4, SDG 8, SDG 12, and SDG 17 through value-based education, ethical productivity, responsible consumption, and school-community partnership.
