ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the level of efficiency and to analyze the factors that affect the production of sugarcane farming in Badang Village, Ngoro District, Jombang Regency. This research was determined by purposive sampling in Badang Village, Ngoro District, Jombang Regency by using simple random methods or simple random sampling using 30 samples. Sugarcane farmers. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis and analysis of the Cobb Douglas model for factors that affect sugarcane production. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the factors that significantly influence sugarcane farming production are affected by the variable area of land, phonska fertilizer, and drops. Meanwhile, the variables that had no effect were seeds, Za fertilizer, and labor. Increasing the intensity of land use is the thing that most affects sugarcane farming production.
