ANALISIS NILAI TAMBAH AGROINDUSTRI PIA APEL SHYIF (Studi Kasus pada Home Agroindustry Permata Agro Mandiri, Kota Batu)

Abstract

Home Agroindustry Permata Agro Mandiri is an apple pia agroindustry that was founded in 2009 until now, which is located in Banaran Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount generated from the added value of apple pia processing in the Home Agroindustry Permata Agro Mandiri. This study uses a quantitative approach using data collection methods, namely primary data and secondary data including interviews, observation, documentation, study literatur using value added data analysis, namely the Hayami method. The result of this research is that the added value of apple pia production is Rp 46.404 with a ratio 82%, which means that the value added ratio of apple pia products is included in the high category because it is >40%. The first remuneration received by Home Agroindustry Permata Agro Mandiri is a profit of 55%, the second remuneration is from labor income of 30% and the third remuneration is from other input contributions of 13%.
