FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PRODUKSI KOPI DI DESA BULUKERTO KOTA BATU

Abstract

Coffee is one of the plantation sub-sector commodities that has economic value and plays an important role in the Indonesian economy. This study aims to analyze the efficiency of farming and the factors that influence Arabica coffee production. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach which was carried out in Bulukerto Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City, which was carried out purposively (purposive method). Sampling used a simple random sampling method (Simple Random Sampling) with a total of 37 respondents. The analytical method used is the analysis of farming efficiency and multiple linear regression of the Cobb-Douglas production function. The results of the analysis show that the R/C ratio in coffee farming is 3.77. Furthermore, the factors that influence coffee farming production are land area, plant age, capital, fertilizer and factors that do not affect coffee farming production, namely labor.
