ANALISIS EKONOMI AGRIBISNIS JAMUR TIRAM DI DESA MANGLIAWAN KECAMATAN PAKIS KABUPATEN MALANG

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the cost of oyster mushroom farming and agribusiness. The research was conducted in Mangliawan Village, Pakis District, Malang Regency. The research approach uses qualitative and quantitative methods. Sampling by snowball sampling. The sample is 5 people who own oyster mushroom farming. Case study method, data obtained from respondents directly through interviews. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the average baglog owned by 5 samples of farmers was 11,400 baglog, and the average income for 4 months of production was Rp. 22,589,687 with an average farming experience of 5 years 6 months. The trader's price variable has an influence on the farmer's price variable by 78%. While 22% is influenced by other variables. Based on the value of the t test, it is known that the tcount value is 3,938 > ttable 2,228, because t count > t table, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between the trader's price on the farmer's price. There are 3 marketing channels for oyster mushrooms. Through this research, it is hoped that mushroom farmers who have baglogs below 5000 will increase production input optimally to increase income from mushroom production, and carry out post-harvest processing of mushrooms in order to provide added value.
