ANALISIS FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI STRUKTUR MODAL DAN PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia)

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the determinants of capital structure and the effect of capital structure to stock returns on banking companies in indonesia. The initial samples used in this research are 31 firm listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) during the period 2014-2015. There are 4 variables, choosed as measurements of capital structure, those are : Growth of Assets, Firm Size, Profitability, and Bussiness Risk. This research uses path analysis asa the analysis method. The statistic find out that the independent variables, which are Growth of assets, Firm size, Profitabiity have an influence on capital structure. However, business risk has no influence on capital structure. Another results from this research is capital structure have an influence on stock return.
