This study aims to determine the influence of work experience, ability  and work environment on employee performance at Puskesmas Kendal Kerep Malang. This research was conducted on 45 respondents. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression

The results of the descriptive analysis in this study show that the officers of the Kendal Keral Public Health Center in Malang look at all research, namely work experience, ability, work environment and employee performance. Work experience has a significant influence on the performance of Kendal Keral Public Health Center employees in Kota Malang. These abilities have a significant impact on the performance of staff at the Kendal Keral Malang Public Health Center The work environment has a significant influence on the performance of Kendal Keral Public Health Center employees in Kota Malang. Work experience, ability and work environment simultaneously affect the performance of employees of Kendal Kerep Health Center in Kota Malang
