This study aims to explain the influence of leadership, motivation, communication and
work environment on the performance of the sub district office employees pragaan sumenep district. The population of this research is the employee of sub district office of pragaan of sumenep regency. The sample is taken by using purposive sampling method so that obtained 75 people. This study uses secondary data and multiple regression analysis method. The result of the research shows that leadership variables have significant influence to the performance of the employees in the village office, the variable of motivation has a significant effect on the performance of the employees in the village office, the communication variable has a significant effect on the performance of the employees in the village office, the work environment variables significantly influence the performance of the employees in the village office, Simultaneously leadership variables, motivation, communication and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at village office.
