PENGARUH KECERDASAN INTELEKTUAL, KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL, DAN KECERDASAN SPIRITUAL TERHADAP KINERJA GURU (Studi Empiris Pada Guru MTs Darul Hikmah Ngompak, Ngawi, Jawa Timur)

Abstract

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to describe the intellectual intelligence,
emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and performance of teachers and to
determine the effect of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and
spiritual intelligence on the performance of teachers partially or simultaneously.
This research method is using quantitative method. This research type is
explanatory research.
The sample of this research is MTs teacher Darul Hikmah Ngompak, Ngawi, East
Java by using census method that is 35 respondents. Methods of data collection
are using questionnaires. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple
regression analysis with SPSS 20.0 for Windows.
The results of this study indicate that intellectual intelligence, emotional
intelligence, and spiritual intelligence influence partially or simultaneously on
teacher performance, but spiritual intelligence has negative coefficient toward
MTs performance Darul Hikmah Ngompak, Ngawi, East Java.
