Abstract

Abstract
The study aims is to determine the effect of financial compensation and
compensation non financial achievements of the work of employes.The sample in
this study amounted to 104 respondents employees of PT. Polowijo Gosari Gresik.
Method data analysis used is quantitative analysis by using test descriptive
statistics, normality test, classical assumption test, linear regression analysis
multiple and hypothesis testing.
The results of this study showed that the effects of financial and
nonfinancial compensation to employees performance at PT. Polowijo Gosari
Gresik partially or simultaneously effect on the performance of employees at
PT. Polowijo Gosari Gresik
