Abstract


ABSTRACT

This study aims to describe the work environment, motivation, ability and performance of employees of the Kendal Kerep Community Health Center in Malang city to determine the effect of the work environment, motivation, ability and performance of employees. This research was conducted at the Kendal Kerep Health Center in Malang City with a sample of 45 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis.

Descriptive analysis results show that the employees of the Kendal Kerep Community Health Center in Malang perceive agreement on all research variables, namely the work environment, motivation, ability and employee performance. The work environment has a significant effect on the performance of Kendal Kerep Public Health Center employees in Malang. Motivation has a significant effect on the performance of Kendal Kerep Public Health Center employees in Malang. The ability has a significant effect on the performance of the Kendal Kerep Community Health Center in Malang. Work environment, motivation, and ability simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of Kendal Kerep Community Health Center employees in Malang.
