Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi Serta Sarana Dan Prasarana Terhadap Kinerja Individu (Studi Kasus Pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Kabupaten Pasuruan)

Abstract

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how leadership, competence and facilities and infrastructure influenced the uplifting individual performance in Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Kabupaten Pasuruan. This research uses descriptive type with a quantitative approach. The respondents of this study were all 39 employees of Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Kabupaten Pasuruan. Researcher used questionnaires and documentation as a technique in collecting data. This research uses some analitical tools such as instrument testing (validity and reliability), normality, multiple linier regression analysis, classic assumption (multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity), hypothesis testing (F test and t test) and coefficient of determination (R²).

The results of this study indicated that: 1) Leadership, competence, facilities and infrastructure together have a significant effect of individual performance in Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Kabupaten Pasuruan, 2) Leadership has a significant effect on individual performance at Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Kabupaten Pasuruan, 3) Competence has less effect on individual performance at the Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Kabupaten Pasuruan, 4) Facilities and infrastruture have a significant effect on individual performance at the Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Kabupaten Pasuruan.
