ABSTRACTION

This research was conducted at PT. Mitra Andalan Security Surabaya. The type of research used is explanatory research (quantitative research). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment on work discipline. The independent variables used are leadership style and work environment, while the dependent variable is work discipline. The sample used in this study was 54 respondents who were members of PT. Mitra Andalan Security. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the instrument test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, using the help of SPSS computer software. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style and work environment simultaneously influence the work discipline, partially the leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, the work environment has a positive and significant influence on the work discipline.
