Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan CV. Mitra Jaya Company Malang
Abstract
              This research was conducted at CV. Mitra Jaya Company Malang. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of Workload, Work Stress, and Work Environment on Employee Turnover Intention of CV. Mitra Jaya Company Malang.
              The variables used are Workload, Work Stress, and Work Environment as an independent variable, while the Employee Turnover Intention variable is the dependent variable. The sample used in this study was 53 employees of CV. Mitra Jaya Company Malang uses the proportional stratification random method. Data collection methods by collecting primary and secondary data. The analysis used includes instrument testing, classic assumption tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests using multiple regression analysis using SPSS 20 for Windows software.
The results showed that the Workload variable significantly affected the Turnover Intention of CV. Mitra Jaya Company Malang, while the variable Work Stress and Work Environment does not significantly influence employee turnover intention of CV. Mitra Jaya Company Malang.
