PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Kasus di Resto Ayam Goreng Nelonso Kota Malang)

Abstract

ABSTRACK

           This study collected data through a questionnaire with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of the Nelongso Fried Chicken Resto Malang, with a population of 88 respondents, collecting data using a questionnaire. The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out how the simultaneous influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance 2) To find out and analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance 3) To determine and analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance. In a review of the research results, some suggestions can be summarized including: 1) In the next research it is expected to be able to add other variables not examined in this study such as communication variables, leadership style, employee culture, employee commitment and others 2) It is hoped that further researchers can expand the research location 3) It is expected that further researchers will use other research methods such as interviews and observations so as to improve the quality of the data that has been obtained.
