Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Reward, Dan Punishment Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Malang
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the leadership on employee performance, the effect of reward on employee performance, and the effect of punishment on employee performance. This research is a type of explanatory research. The subject of the study was conducted on employees of the Malang Municipal Water Supply Company, with a total of 77 employees. Data collection method is done by using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the instrument test, normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The result showed that leadership has an effect on employee performance, reward has an effect on employee performance, and punishment has an effect on employee performance.
