Abstract

This This study aims to describe the work discipline, work environment, organizational commitment and performance of Probolinggo Regency Sub-District Maron Office employees and to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of work discipline, work environment and organizational commitment on the performance of Maron Sub-District Probolinggo District Office employees. The sample from this study were all employees, amounting to 40 respondents. Sampling using saturated sampling that is using all members of the population into the sample. The data collection method in this study uses primary and secondary data. Data analysis methods used in this study are Likert scale and multiple linear regression.The results of this study indicate that work discipline, work environment and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance
