Abstract

Banking company is one of the companies listed on IDX and its stock are actively traded. The purpose of this study as follows: “1) To find out and analyze the effect of capital structure on firm value in banking companies; 2) To find out and analyze the effect of leverage on firm value in banking companies; 3) To find out and analyze the effect of company growth on firm value in banking companies; 4) To find out and analyze the effect of company financial performance on firm value in banking companiesâ€. By using a sample of banking companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange and 2017-2019 study period. The result of the study showed that the capital structure has significant effect to firm value companies, while leverage showed that has no significant effect to firm value companies. The next result study showed that the growth company has no effect to firm value companies and financial performance company has significant effect to firm value companies.
